I typically respond within 1–2 days, often sooner. If you haven’t heard back from me within 3 days, your message may not have reached me or I may be on a short hiatus. If I’m away, I’m usually still reachable via email and will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
What Resources Do I Use?
All the stocks and resources are legally bought from CreativeMarket and Depositphotos. Also, other stocks are personally illustrated and made from scratch. I do not use AI in any way on my work.
Will I own the final design?
Yes, you’ll have full rights to use the final design for your book and promotional needs. I retain the right to showcase the design in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes unlimited rounds of revisions. Minor tweaks beyond that are welcome, but larger changes may require an additional fee.
How long will my project take?
Turnaround time depends on the project’s complexity and how quickly feedback is given. Most book cover designs are completed within 2–4 weeks. Rush projects may be accepted depending on availability.
What payment method do you use?
The payment method I accept is Paypal. But if paypal is down, I can do Bank Transfer.
I recently bought a premade from the store, What's Next?
A blank artwork will be provided exclusively to you and made available for download once payment has been received. Please ensure your email address is correctly entered at checkout so I can reach out within 1–2 days to confirm your text changes. Alternatively, if you're familiar with my Facebook page, feel free to message me there directly.
